Refund policy

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Simply email us at sales@mooinails.com with what item(s) you would like to return. For returns, we can offer an exchange, full refund or 110% store credit so let us know when you contact us. Delivery costs will be at expense of buyer.

If there is a fault to the product, please attach a photo of the product fault and we will provide a full exchange or refund at no extra cost to you (including any shipping fees).
